1. General

1.1 The Photo Contest (“Genia Style") is organised by Genia Australia ("Organiser"), an Australian company.

1.2 By participating in this Contest, each participant ("Participant") agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Contest is open to individuals who are working in a vet clinic in Australia.

2.2 Employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
 

3. Contest Period

3.1 The Contest will run for three (3) months, starting from 01/08/2024 to 31/10/2024.

3.2 Entries received after the Contest Period will not be considered.
 

4. How to Enter

4.1 Participants must submit their photos and feedback via email to contact@geniaaustralia.com, via instragram to @geniaaustralia or via email to their designated rep (r.lair@genia.fr , a.naudi@genia.fr , s.neuville@genia.fr)

4.2 Each entry must be an original work of the Participant.

4.3 There is no limit of participation. Participants can submit several photos.
 

5. Submission Requirements

5.1 Photos must be in JPEG or PNG format, in HD quality.

5.2 Entries must not contain any obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content.
 

6. Judging Criteria

6.1 Photos will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme on the 8/11/2024.

6.2 The judging panel will consist of representatives from the Organiser.

6.3 The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 

7. Prizes

7.1 The prizes for the Contest are as follows:

1st Prize: $300 MYER Voucher

2nd Prize: $100 MYER Voucher

3rd Prize: $50 MYER Voucher
7.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.3 The winners will be notified via email, phone or instagram within 14 days after the end of the Contest Period.
 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 By submitting an entry, Participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the photos and feedback in any media for promotional and marketing purposes.

9. Privacy

9.1 The Organiser will collect, use, and disclose personal information provided by Participants as set out in the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.

9.2 Participants’ personal information will be used for the purpose of administering the Contest and notifying the winners.

9.3 The name and clinic of the participant will be mentioned if the feedback is published.
 

10. Liability

10.1 The Organiser is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
 

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

11.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
